 Delivered by professionally qualified Occupational Health and Safety practitioners who have had practical experience as a Safety Representative.

Details: 
This programme is designed in compliance with the Health and Safety Authority requirements to enable Safety Representatives to perform their duties. It conforms to current Regulations and emphasises both the importance of Health and Safety in the work place and the communication of health and safety matters throughout an organisation.

Objectives: 
To know and understand current Health and Safety legislation;
To understand the role and function of both a Safety Representative and/or member of a Safety Committee within the organisation;
To understand the requirements of a safety statement;
To prevent, assess and investigate workplace accidents.

Awards: 
The certificate awarded complies with all requirements under current Health and Safety Legislation.
